We guarantee that your package will reach you safely and on time. If there are any problems during the transit of items you purchased, such as damage, loss, or delay, rest assured that we will do our best to solve the problems and provide the best solutions.
Shipment time:
Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted. To estimate when you can expect your order, kindly consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date applied in Regular seasons:
– Handling time:
- After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will go into the handling process and this process often takes 2 – 7 days depending on which product you purchase.
– Transit Time:
- After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. Typically, the delivery time within the US is 5-7 business days for orders printed in the US, and 10-15 business days for orders printed outside the US, including customs clearance time.
- For orders outside the US, if there is no printing facility located near your country, we will place the order at our printing facilities in Asia. The estimated total production and shipping time is around 15-25 business days. However, the actual time is often shorter due to our optimized shipping methods. In case of any delay, we will promptly inform you through communication channels such as notes or emails.
Tracking information not working?
Please note that tracking information updates once the order ships and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier. If you placed your order over 21 days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support [email protected] Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Anbro Bee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Refund if item damaged
If you receive your package and find that some items are lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund if package lost
If your package has no tracking updates for over 30 days in transit, you can apply for a free reshipment or refund. If you do end up receiving the package, you can keep it for free without needing to return it.
60-Day undelivered refund
If your package isn’t delivered within 60 days after shipment, you can apply for a free reshipment or a full refund. If no action is taken within 65 days, an automatic refund will be issued. If it arrives later, you can keep it for free without needing to return it.
$5.00 Credit for delay
If we don’t deliver your order on or before Anbro Bee’s latest estimated delivery date, we will issue you a $5.00 credit within 48 hours of that date. The credit will be issued via coupon and can be used on your next order.
